Accommodation

We have arranged to hold rooms at special rates, on a first come first served basis.

Holland Hall on the University of Exeter, Streatham campus, which can be purchased via the online store at registration until 15th February 2026. Bed and breakfast available for £66.63 per night

Mercure Exeter Southgate  located in the city centre (car parking available) offers standard double bed and breakfast (single occupancy) available for £115.00 per night (VAT incl.)

Hotel Indigo Exeter  located in the city centre (no car park) offers standard double bed and breakfast (single occupancy, flexible terms) for £123.00 per night (VAT incl.)

Travel and Transport

  • 🚌 Local travel: Stagecoach number 4 bus connects Exeter city centre, Exeter St David’s station, and the University of Exeter Streatham Campus.

  • 🚆 Rail: Exeter St David’s is the mainline station with direct services from major UK cities; the campus is a 15-minute uphill walk, or reachable by bus or taxi.

  • 🚗 Road: Exeter is accessible via the M4/M5, but on-campus parking is limited and sustainable travel is encouraged.

  • ✈️ Air: Exeter International Airport is approximately 6 miles from Streatham Campus.

The Gala Dinner

The Gala dinner is on Wednesday 15th April at Exeter Castle
